Prof. Liang Hu is a distinguished Associate Professor at Soochow University, China. He received his B.S. (2006), M.S. (2009) and Ph.D. (2013) degree from Wuhan University of Technology, China. He was a visiting student under the supervision of Prof. Michael J. Serpe at the University of Alberta, Canada (2011-2013). After that, he worked with Prof. Lei Jiang and Prof. Jian Jin as a postdoctoral fellow at the Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics (SINANO), Chinese Academy of Sciences, China (2013-2015). In 2015, he moved to Soochow University. His current work involves the application of stimuli-responsive polymer-based hydrogels for sensing and cancer therapy.
