Dr. Liang Huang

Liang Huang received a Ph.D. in geodetection and information technology in 2015. He is currently a Full Associate Professor with the Faculty of Land Resources Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China. He also is a member the Agricultural and Rural Remote Sensing Branch of the China Association of Remote Sensing Application, a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), and technical Committee member of ICGIP 2021. He has authored more than 60 publications and 10 book chapters. He has chaired and participated in more than 10 research projects. He has been a Guest Editor for Remote Sensing. His research interests include processing and analysis of optical remote sensing images, such as change detection in multi-temporal remote sensing images, segmentation of high spatial resolution remote sensing images, fine extraction and identification of crops.
