Dr. Liliana Lizárraga-Mendiola is a civil engineer with a master's degree in Geological Sciences and a doctorate in Earth Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She is a full-time research professor at the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo and teaches subjects in the Civil Engineering degree.
