Lisa M. Berger is a PostDoc at University of Hohenheim, Dept. of Food Material Sciences. She has a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Biotechnology 2016 (B.Sc., University of Hohenheim) and a master’s degree in Food Science and Engineering 2018 (M.Sc., University of Hohenheim). She has had several internships in the food industry and is CTO and co-founder of Zero Bullshit and Better Food Consulting (ZBS Food UG (haftungsbeschränkt)).
