Dr. Luis Pérez Urrestarazu is an agricultural engineer and obtained his PhD from the University of Córdoba (Spain). He is a Professor of Agricultural Engineering at the University of Seville (Spain). He is the Director of the research group AGR-268 - Urban Greening and Biosystems Engineering and the Dean of the School of Agricultural Engineering. He has two main research lines, aquaponics and urban greening (mainly building-integrated vegetation such as green roofs and living walls).
