Dr. Muhammad Junaid Tahir

Muhammad Junaid Tahir was born in Lahore Province, Pakistan. He graduated with a BSc Electrical Engineering from University of Lahore in 2009, majoring in Electrical ; he studied Power and Communication in the faculty of Engineering and Technology (2004–2009), MSc in 2015 and in the Pakistan (University of Lahore, 2011–2015). He received his doctorate (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) at the British Malaysian Institute (UniKL) in 2020 after studying for 3.2 years in the group of Prof. Dr. Mazliham. His research area includes but not limited to Power System Optimization, Heuristic Algorithms, Smart Grids, Networks Reconfiguration, DG Placement, Reactive Power Management, Wind Turbine Placement under Fault conditions, PV System Statistical Analysis etc.
