Mao Jia received his Bachelor’s and Doctoral degrees from Xidian University in 2019 and 2024, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Researcher. His research focuses on the design and reliability of gallium nitride power electronic devices. To date, he has published 27 papers in high-impact SCI journals and international conferences, including IEEE Electron Device Letters, Science China Information Sciences, Applied Physics Letters, and ISPSD. Currently, he serves as a Guest Editor for Electronics and acts as a peer reviewer for IEEE Electron Device Letters and multiple journals published by the Institute of Physics (IOP).
