Biography
Marco Cavaco (H-index 18) has a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Lisbon School of Medicine and an MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Lisbon School of Pharmacy. His main interests have been the design and study of anticancer peptides, brain-penetrating peptides, and peptide conjugates (e.g., small molecule drugs, antibody fragments, proteins); as well as the development of more robust preclinical models (organ-on-chip, spheroids).
