Marco Miranda-Ackerman is a Research Professor of Industrial Engineering at UABC. Lecturing at the B, M & D levels. Before joining UABC, he was "Catedra CONACYT" at CIDAM, where he led a research unit (two labs) and was the Head of Innovation and the Quality Manager (ISO17065 accredited). His main research and teaching interests are related to Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Agrologistics, Agroindustry 4.0, Data Science and Optimization, as well as the Reduction of Food Loss and Waste.
