Dr. Mehreen Gul

Mehreen is a passionate researcher and an ambitious and committed woman with a keen interest in the everyday challenges faced in the pursuit of sustainable energy using low carbon technologies to benefit the global environment. Mehreen’s research experience is in solar radiation modelling and environmental and engineering issues associated with renewable and low carbon technologies and sustainable buildings. Her current research involves analysing the impact of albedo (ground reflectivity) on the performance of photovoltaics, soiling issues and PV characterisation and assessing the energy efficient retrofit services sector to increase low carbon retrofit activity.
