Milan Mitić currently works at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, University of Niš, Serbia. As an employee of the University of Niš, he is actively engaged in both teaching and scientific research. He has nearly 15 years of teaching experience, delivering core courses in physical and analytical chemistry at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His scientific interests lie primarily in the field of phytochemistry, with a strong focus on the development, validation, and optimization of analytical methods for the investigation of plant-based materials and food products. He is the author of three academic books published by a national publisher and has contributed significantly to the international scientific community, with over 100 articles published in peer-reviewed SCI journals, as well as numerous contributions to national journals and international scientific conferences.
