Crises, whether related to health, finance or the economy, directly affect the lives of each individual and their families. As the inequality gap between rich and poor grew after 2010, many economists predicted a new crisis. But the hypothesis that an economic crisis would stem from a coronavirus outbreak was limited to younger, visionary economists. The current situation is directly related to the impact that this crisis is having on the global economy and, more precisely, the impact of the vulnerability of the economic agent at the local level in terms of economic-financial performance indicators. In this paper, using mathematical modeling we present scientific solutions in regard to the current economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We further consider that at the moment of the crisis, the collaborative economy takes the place of the globalized economy.

Entrepreneurship is the driving force of economic development and an important way to promote social innovation and development. Facing the new situation of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", promoting the development of entrepreneurship parks and accelerating the construction of scientific and technological innovation service systems and platforms will play a positive role in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era. Based on this, in order to further understand the current technological innovation service system and platform construction of the Pioneer Park, this article, based on the TAM model, conducts an empirical analysis of the satisfaction of the A Pioneer Park's technological innovation service system and platform construction, and discusses the A Pioneer Park's technological innovation services The system and platform construction strategy aims to provide some useful references.

This study aims to systematically explore the knowledge map and development trends of blueberry quality research in China using bibliometric and knowledge mapping approaches. By analyzing 500 relevant articles from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database (2004–2025), a multi-dimensional visualization was conducted using CiteSpace software. The findings show that the volume of publications on blueberry quality research in China has increased steadily and reached a phase of stabilization. Four core research clusters were identified: quality analysis and evaluation, postharvest storage and preservation technology, processing technology and product development, and variety resources and cultivation physiology. The research hotspots have evolved over time, starting with basic quality characterization and progressing to the exploration of functional components such as anthocyanins, optimization of postharvest technologies, and more recently, a focus on deep processing, flavor quality, molecular mechanisms, and intelligent control techniques. Prominent institutions, such as Jilin Agricultural University, play a leading role, though greater cross-institutional collaboration is needed. A relatively mature knowledge framework for blueberry quality research has been established in China. Moving forward, efforts should focus on enhancing interdisciplinary integration, investigating the mechanisms behind functional components, precisely regulating quality formation, and accelerating the translation of research outcomes into industrial applications. These efforts will provide a scientific foundation and strategic direction for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s blueberry industry.

This paper examines the concept of academic integrity and the various tools and mechanisms designed to ensure transparency and ethical practices within educational institutions. A key focus is placed on the “public integrity whistleblower for academic activities,” which functions as a critical mechanism for identifying and addressing violations of academic integrity. The study investigates the role of this tool in preventing academic non-compliance and supporting an environment of academic accountability and transparency. By providing a platform for reporting unethical conduct, the whistleblower mechanism strengthens the principles of honesty and fairness, contributing to the development of a trustworthy educational environment. The paper also addresses the limitations of the current system, particularly the absence of comprehensive regulatory and procedural frameworks to fully support academic integrity. These challenges underline the need for further research into academic ethics, especially in the context of open-source materials and the growing accessibility of information.

Path-dependent dynamic systems are often analysed through separate metric, stochastic, econometric or nonlinear methods, while their integration within a unified architecture remains limited. This study develops and validates a Hybrid Dynamic Modelling Framework (HDMF) for path-dependent stochastic systems, using EU-27 digital public service trajectories during 2017–2022 as an empirical application. The framework combines DTW-TimeSeriesKMeans clustering, Markov transition analysis, PVAR, SEM and MLP approximation. The findings answer the four research questions sequentially. First, EU digital public service development is represented by three distinct trajectory regimes rather than a single convergence path. Second, the Markov layer shows strong diagonal dominance, limited mobility and practical non-ergodicity over the finite observation horizon, indicating persistent state dependence. Third, the PVAR layer confirms dynamic stability and bounded feedback within the institutional–digital system. Fourth, the SEM and MLP layers identify governance as a coherent latent institutional structure and reveal nonlinear predictive heterogeneity, suggesting possible threshold-type behaviour. Overall, the findings support the HDMF as a coherent multilayer architecture for modelling complex path-dependent systems and demonstrate its empirical usefulness through the EU digital public service case.
