He teaches at the faculties of Forestry Engineering and Agricultural Engineering and is a researcher in the Postgraduate Program in Biodiversity and Conservation. He has a PhD in "Environment and Society", from the State University of Campinas-UNICAMP (2019), with a doctoral internship at the Center for Global Change and Earth Observations, Michigan State University-USA. He has a master's degree in "Family Farming and Sustainable Development" from UFPA (2009). Graduated in Agricultural Sciences from UFPA (2004) and in Natural Sciences from the State University of Pará - UEPA (2004). He has interdisciplinary work, on the topics of rural development and territorial management, rural extension, agricultural production systems, cocoa farming, agroforestry systems, environment impacts and land use and land cover changes.
