Biography
I am a senior scientist with more than 17 years of experience in the field of analytical methodology development for the analysis of food bioactive compounds composition, foods exposure/intake, lifestyle and health biomarkers. My main research objective is to develop target metabolomic methodologies to collect from complex biological samples the greatest possible number and diversity of metabolites from endogenous and exogenous origin and apply them in areas related to food science, nutrition and medicine.
