Muddasir Rahim received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical (Telecommunication) Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan, in March 2016 and September 2020, respectively. He received a Ph.D. degree (High Hons.) at ´Ecole de Technologie Sup´erieure ( ´ETS), Universit´e du Qu´ebec, Montr´eal, Canada, in 2025. He was a Research Assistant in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan, from 2019 to 2020. His research interests include cognitive radio networks, device-to-device communication, wireless sensor networks, intelligent reconfigurable surface, matching theory, and terahertz communications.
