Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Baş was born in 1980 in Erzincan, Turkey. He currently serves as a faculty member in the Department of Health Management at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. His academic expertise lies in the fields of management and organisation, health management, human resource management, and organisational behaviour. Throughout his career, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Baş has conducted numerous studies focusing on the dynamics of healthcare institutions, leadership in healthcare, employee behaviours, and strategic human resources practices. He continues to contribute to the academic community through his research, publications, and participation in national and international conferences. His scholarly interests also extend to interdisciplinary approaches that combine organisational theory with contemporary challenges in the health sector.
