Myrto Moutafi, MD, PhD, MSc is a Greek medical oncologist with expertise in lung and head & neck cancers. Dr. Moutafi completed her medical degree at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has completed her PhD on cancer biomarkers in immune and targeted therapy in December 2024, part of which was conducted at the Yale School of Medicine, Rimm Lab. During her PhD, she co-invented a high-sensitivity HER2 assay for improved diagnostics. She has a growing interest in the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital pathology in oncology, particularly in biomarker discovery.
