Dr Naida El Habra is researcher at ICMATE-CNR of Padova (Italy). She graduated in Chemistry (laurea cum laude) in 2000 and received Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences in 2005 (University of Padova, Italy). She worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Padova and the Italian National Research Council (CNR) for ten years. Her research concerns the deposition and characterization of inorganic nanostructured thin films by low-pressure vapor-phase processes (MOCVD, ALD) for protective, photocatalytic, photovoltaic, self-cleaning, and biomedical applications. She also has experience in hybrid organic–inorganic and organometallic synthesis; she is involved in developing industrial process improvements. She has also experience in chemical, structural, morphological, and functional characterization of materials.
