Prof. Madya Dr. Nur Faeza Abu Kassim

Currently holds a tenured academic position at the School of Biological Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia, and is affiliated with Vector Control Research Unit (USM), California Academy of Sciences (San Francisco), Young Scientist Network (Academy Sains Malaysia) and Chairman of USM COMBI as well as admin of Ini Sains Beb! (FB Page). The main research interest is on vector mosquitoes and their role/relation to the epidemiology of disease transmission, mosquito-microbiome, and novel mosquito control strategies such as sugar bait technology and odor-mediated nectar-foraging for mosquito-borne diseases, particularly Dengue, Zika, and Chikungunya.
