Biography
J. Omar Muñoz-Bello holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and currently works as an associate researcher at the National Cancer Institute of Mexico. His research focuses on elucidating the molecular mechanisms that alter the human papillomavirus during carcinogenesis and cancer progression. He also works on identifying prognostic biomarkers in cervical, oropharyngeal, and oral cavity cancers.
