Peng-Lang Shui (Senior Member, IEEE) received an M.S. degree in mathematics from Nanjing University, China, in 1992 and a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 1999. He is now a professor in the National Key Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University. His research interests include sea clutter modeling and analysis, radar target detection and classification, and image processing.
