Dr. Pakpoom Tadee’s research focuses on veterinary public health, food safety, and the One Health approach, with particular emphasis on zoonotic bacterial pathogens in livestock production systems. The research integrates molecular epidemiology, whole-genome sequencing, microbiome analysis, and antimicrobial resistance surveillance to investigate the transmission dynamics of foodborne pathogens, particularly those associated with swine production.
