Dr. Peike Cao is an Associate Professor and graduate supervisor at Dalian University of Technology. She earned her B.E. (2015) and Ph.D. (2021) from the same institution and later conducted postdoctoral research. Her research focuses on electrochemical methods for water pollution control, particularly the design of electrocatalytic materials and the development of electrochemical-coupled advanced oxidation systems for industrial wastewater treatment. She uses theoretical calculations and in situ electrochemical techniques to investigate reaction mechanisms at electrocatalytic interfaces. Dr. Cao has published over 20 papers in journals including Nature Communications, Angewandte Chemie, and Environmental Science & Technology.
