Prof. Dr. Raad Z. Homod was born in Basra, Iraq. He received the B.Sc. degree from Basra University, in 1991, and the M.Sc. degree from UM, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, both in mechanical engineering (with distinction). He received the PhD degree in mechatronics at UNITEN, Malaysia. He was working in HVAC system engineering . His research interests include nonlinear systems analysis, optimal control, process control, neural networks, HVAC, Buildings model and modelling sensor with Fuzzy logic.
