Rabei Raad Ali was born in July 14, 1986, Nineveh city in Iraq. He obtained his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the College of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Mosul, Iraq in 2008. In 2010, he obtained his Master of Computer science from the College of Graduate Studies, Universiti Technical Malaysia Malaka (UTeM), Malacca, Malaysia. After the completion of the master degree, he worked as a lecturer in University of Raparin, Sulaymaniyah, Iraq from 2013 - 2014. Furthering his passion of research and improve the knowledge in information security, he carried out his Doctorate degree in Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Johor, Malaysia. His research interests are in the area of Digital Forensics (file carving), machine learning, neural networks, and image recovery.
