Rajhans Meena is a distinguished mechanical engineering researcher and technical professional currently affiliated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur, where he serves as a Senior Technician while pursuing his Ph.D. in Production Engineering. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering from MBM University, Jodhpur and an M.Tech from MNIT Jaipur. Meena’s specialized research focus lies in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) and Polymer Composites, specifically exploring the optimization of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and the integration of industrial fillers like fly ash and alumina powder to enhance the mechanical and tribological properties of polypropylene and polyoxymethylene matrices. He has made significant contributions to surface engineering through Abrasive Flow Finishing (AFF), achieving up to a 97% improvement in the surface quality of polymeric gears, with findings published in high-impact journals such as Physica Scripta and Chemosphere. Recognized as the Best Young Researcher in Engineering in 2025 and author of the technical book "The Future of Manufacturing World: In Your Hands", he continues to advance the boundaries of material science and precision manufacturing.
