Biography

I am an National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Clinical Lecturer in Respiratory Medicine at the University of Manchester. My clinical-translational research aims to improve how asthma is diagnosed and treated, with a particular emphasis on accessible, home-based diagnostic pathways and precision phenotyping. I hold an NIHR Research for Patient Benefit (RfPB) award investigating home asthma diagnostic strategies and support from Asthma + Lung UK to advance novel diagnostic and phenotyping approaches. My broader interests include applied clinical research, biomedical big data, circadian biology, computational modelling and lung physiology.
