Randi Tobberup is the head of clinical dietitians at the Center of Nutrition and Bowel Diseases, at Aalborg University Hospital. Educational background includes a BS degree in clinical dietetics from VIA University College and master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Copenhagen University. She has worked as a clinical dietitian for the last 14 years. She completed her Ph.D. in 2019 with the title “Malnutrition in lung cancer: Dietary characteristics and a multimodal treatment approach”. Her research interests include malnutrition in general and in cancer patients in particular, body composition and skeletal muscle mass, dietetic interventions, dietetic methodology and nutrition care process. Membership in professional societies include National Research Network on Nutrition in Cancer (chair), Danish Nutrition Science Center (member), The Global TeleNutrition Corsortium (scientific member), Danish Society of Clinical Dietitians (board member).
