Dr. Reza Sabbagh, currently part of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Alberta, earned his BSc from Amirkabir University (2000), his MSc from Shahid Bahonar University (2002), and a PhD from the University of Alberta (2011–2015). His research encompasses solid–liquid separation, image-based flow measurement, microfluidics, and fluid flow in high-curvature geometries, with applications in microfluidics and biomechanics.
