I am an inquisitive and enthusiastic scientist driven by a passion for exploration and new challenges. My academic journey, rooted in Chemistry, has sharpened my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. During my PhD in Chemistry and Materials Sciences, a collaboration between the University of Turin and Centro Ricerche Fiat (CRF), I gained experience in independent idea generation and technical proficiency. My work at CRF and Stellantis deepened my understanding of industrial dynamics. Over three years, I explored electrochemical and physicochemical aspects of battery materials, including cathodes, anodes, separators, and electrolytes, furthering my knowledge of battery chemistry. As a Work Package leader in European Projects, I developed expertise in project management, including technical and financial oversight. Since June 2023, I've worked as a consultant at CRF with Capgemini Engineering, continuing my previous responsibilities. In June 2024, I successfully defended my PhD thesis with honors, marking a key milestone. I strongly believe in collaboration and effective communication as essential to success. My commitment to personal growth drives me to contribute meaningfully to my field and evolve as a leader and lifelong learner.
