Dr. Rui Li received his B.S. degree in mechanical design and manufacturing and automation from Anqing Normal University, Anqing, China, in 2020, and his M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Anhui Polytechnic University, Wuhu, China, in 2024. He is currently pursuing as a Ph.D degree in control science and engineering at Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China. His current research interests include nondestructive testing, terahertz time-domain spectroscopy, material evaluation, and structural health monitoring.
