I'm a friendly and dynamic person, motivated to face new challenges with determination and dedication. Thanks to the PhD in Manufacturing Engineering I worked in the field of materials science and sheet metal forming processes (especially biomedical application: metal denture base/ acetabular cup of hip joint prosthesis), focusing on the incremental sheet forming (Single Point Incremental Forming (SPIF) and laser-assisted SPIF) of pure titanium grade 1, titanium grade 5 and stainless steel 316L, at numerical, theoretical and experimental levels. Thanks to the international conferences in which I participated as a speaker and my work as a teacher, I improved my communication skills, which were further enhanced by the gorgeous experience at the Department of Industrial Engineering-University of Padova-Italy, the Institute of Metal Forming, and the Centre for Metallic Design-RWTH AACHEN University-Germany. Here I had the chance to work and live in a group of people and I appreciated how the opinion, comments, and experiences of the colleagues can improve the research work. Furthermore, I gained a lot of experience throughout my postdoctoral period at the laboratory of mechanical engineering (LGM) - University of Monastir. In fact, it is evident that my scientific skill sets were expanded but the most important skills I gained were soft skills (networking, mentoring, leadership...). My postdoctoral research was done in collaboration with multidisciplinary research teams.
