Dr. Sheng-Chih Chen is currently working as a full-time Associate Professor of the master's degree program in Digital Content & Technologies, College of Communication, National Chengchi University. Moreover, Dr. Chen also serves as the Expert Committee of the 1st Overseas Community Affairs Council, the supervisor of the Board of the 9th Overseas Chinese Culture and Education Foundation, the Director of Chinese Society for Inquiry Learning, and the Adjunct Associate Professor of master’s degree program in Japan Studies, College of International Affairs, NCCU. Dr. Chen hosts the Interactive Perceptual Design and Mobile Service Laboratory, NCCU, as well as the Smart Toy and E-learning Laboratory, NCCU. Dr. Chen used to serve as the Chief Secretary of National Academy for Educational Research(NAER), the Director of Educational System and Policy Research Center, National Academic for Educational Research, the Convenor of Legal System Group, National Academy for Educational Research, and the Adjunct Associate Professor of Graduate Institute of Development Studies, College of Social Sciences, NCCU. Dr. Chen analyzed the publication of monographs and articles in recent years, including more than 140 journal articles and conference papers, 36 journal articles (10 SCI/SSCI articles, 3 EI articles); 8 monographs and book chapters; more than 100 seminar papers).
