I am a Doctoral Research Scholar in Mechanical Engineering at Jadavpur University, specializing in additive manufacturing of polymers and composites with an emphasis on functional surface metallization for printed and flexible electronics. My work bridges fused filament fabrication (FFF) and area-selective electroless plating to create high-performance components for energy devices, sensing systems, and functional prototypes. Over the past four years, I have: • Developed conductive ABS and CF–ABS composites for scalable FFF printing. • Engineered groove-based selective metallization techniques for polymer-based electronics. • Fabricated a biodegradable 3D-printed biofilm cultivation device (Indian Patent ID: 402101) and authored its technical report. • Published multiple first-author Q1 journal articles. Skilled in material characterization (SEM, EDX, XRD, Raman), CAD/CAE (SolidWorks, ANSYS), and process optimization, I focus on hybrid manufacturing for multifunctional, sustainable devices.
