Shahkaar Aziz is an M.Phil Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering research scholar at the Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering, The University of Agriculture Peshawar, Pakistan. He received his BS (Hons) degree in Biotechnology at the University of Peshawar, Pakistan (2018). His research interests mainly focus on: a)In silico drug designing, Molecular dynamics simulations, Molecular Docking, virtual screening, small molecules inhibitors, peptide inhibitors, drug repurposing, and resistance mechanism b) allosteric mechanism of protein and allosteric network analysis c) bacterial endophytes.
