I am Shamiul Alam, currently a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where I also obtained my Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. I received my Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology with Honors in 2017. Before commencing my graduate studies in 2020, I served as a Lecturer in the department of Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering at the Military Institute of Science and Technology in Dhaka, Bangladesh. My research interests include device modeling and circuit design, particularly in the development of logic, memory, and in-memory computing systems for both room temperature and cryogenic applications. I have published over 40 research articles in prestigious journals, including Nature Electronics, Scientific Reports, Applied Physics Reviews, Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Electron Device Letters, and Journal of Applied Physics, and renowned conferences including Design Automation Conference (DAC), Design Automation and Test in Europe (DATE), and Device Research Conference (DRC).
