His scientific career includes postdoctoral research at the Department of Tumor Biology, Institute of Biomedical Science, Iwate Medical University from April 2011 to September 2014, and working as an assistant professor at the Department of Biomolecular Sciences, Graduate School of Life Science, Tohoku University from October 2014 to March 2017.
