I am a PhD Research Scholar in Biotechnology (Batch January, 2022) at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with a strong interdisciplinary background spanning molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratory science, quality management systems, and academic teaching. My research interests broadly align with translational biotechnology, molecular diagnostics, and disease-oriented biomedical research, with a growing focus on diabetes-related emergencies and public health relevance. I bring over six years of hands-on professional experience across NABL/ICMR-approved molecular diagnostic laboratories, higher education institutions, and accredited pathology centres. Previously, I have served as a Junior Scientist, Molecular Section In-charge, Deputy Quality Control Manager, and Quality Manager, actively involved in RT-PCR diagnostics (including SARS-CoV-2), BSL-2/BSL-3 laboratory operations, laboratory accreditation (QCI, ICMR, NABL, NABH, ISO 15189), and regulatory compliance with national health bodies.
Academically, I have contributed to peer-reviewed publications and research in indexed journals and have presented scientific work at national and international conferences. I have also guided and co-guided over 35 postgraduate dissertations, many of which resulted in publications and conference presentations. My experience as a lecturer and invited resource person reflects my commitment to mentoring, capacity building, and scientific communication.
