Biography
He received his PhD degree in physics from the University of Łódź in 1991 based on the thesis "On nucleosynthesis and propagation of cosmic rays" . He was habilitated in 1999 on the basis of an evaluation of scientific achievements and an autoreference of Geometric Parton Model. He received the title of Professor of Physical Sciences in 2014. He served as Chair of the Department of Learning Process Modeling until 2016. Until 2018, he served as president of the Lodz Branch of the Polish Physical Society for 10 years.
