Tamara Nae is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Economic Policies at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, with more than five years of experience in teaching macroeconomics and microeconomics. She also works as a macroeconomic analyst at the Ministry of Finance, where she has contributed for nearly nine years to national and EU-level policy coordination, being actively involved in working groups of the European Commission and the Council of the European Union. She holds a PhD in Economics, and her research focuses on macroeconomic analysis, social cohesion, economic convergence, poverty, public finance, and informality. Tamara has published numerous scientific articles on relevant economic topics, including the impact of the European Green Deal and inequality reduction. She is also a member of the Business Economics Data Science Lab at ASE, where she is actively engaged in projects on informality and economic sustainability.
