Dr. Gerardo Romero-Galván is a professor at the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, Mexico. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in automatic control from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, in 1990, 1993, and 1997, respectively. He has been the head of the Department of Electronics at UAM Reynosa Rodhe of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas since 1999. His research interests are in robust stability analysis and the control of linear and nonlinear systems as well as their applications to robots and industrial processes.
