Vito Michele Paradiso received his M.Sc. degree in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies cum laude in 2004 and his Ph.D. in Food Microbiology, Safety and Chemistry in 2010 from the University of Bari. Since 2005, he has been a tenure track researcher in Food Science and Technology, and in 2010, he was appointed as a senior researcher in Food Science and Technology at the University of Bari. In 2020, he was appointed as an associate professor of Food Science and Technology at the University of Salento. He teaches Enology at the BSc in Viticulture and Enology. His main research interests include wine science, wine chemistry, and green analytical methods in food science. He has published over 130 peer-reviewed articles in Scopus-indexed international journals.
