Dr. Yabin Gao received the B.M. degree in Information Management and Information Systems in 2012, the M.E. degree in Software Engineering in 2015, both from Bohai University, Jinzhou, China, and the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2020. From October 2017 to October 2019, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Victoria, Victoria, Canada. He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Control Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. His current research interests include reliable control, safe/secure control, intelligent detection and control, finite-time convergence, and their applications.
