Biography
1. Plant cell, tissue and organ culture. Having long term experiences in tissue culture of various ornamental plants and main food crops. 2. Plant biotechnology. Mainly focus on including plant transformation and genome editing. 3. Plant breeding. Creating new breeding lines or developing new varieties in potato, ryegrass, soybean and wheat.

Developed a throughput perennial ryegrass transformation system, which is the first robust transformation system for the crop in the world. PFR received a big research grand from a seed company.
