YU-WEI CHAN received the B.S. and the M.S. degree in Information Engineering from Tamkang University, Taiwan, in 1997 and 2001, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2013. From 2016 to 2024, he has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Information Management, Providence University, Taiwan. Since 2024, he joined the Bachelor Degree Program of Artificial Intelligence, National Taichung University of Science and Technology, Taichung, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His current research interests include game theoretic wireless networking, cloud computing, federated learning and smart medicine.
