After my PhD graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Milwakee, I was Chief Nurse Officer from 2003 to 2011. With very high motivation and multidisciplinary training, I am capable of coordinating well with others and showed myself to possess many of the skills that any successful professional requires. Now I am an associate professor of long term care at MacKay medical college. I have published more than 30 papers in journals and have been serving as a reviewer for the Journal of Advanced Nursing.
