Prof. Yuk-Ching Tse-Dinh currently holds the position of Distinguished University Professor at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Florida International University. She obtained a Ph.D. in
Biological Chemistry from Harvard University in 1982. After earning her Ph.D., she became a principal investigator in the Central Research and Development arm of the chemical company DuPont, where she spent six years before returning to academia. She joined Florida International University in 2012 as the Founding Director of the Biomolecular Sciences Institute.
