Research activities have been focused on advanced polymer materials, composites, and sustainable polymer processing technologies. Early studies were dedicated to the mechanical behavior of polymer composite materials, where solution-blown PA6 nanofibers were utilized as interlaminar reinforcements to enhance the mechanical performance of laminated composites. Through these investigations, extensive experience was gained in nanofiber production techniques, structure-property relationships, and the application of nanostructured materials in composite engineering. Building upon this foundation, research efforts have been directed toward the in-situ anionic ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactam and the production of polyamide 6 (PA6) via reactive injection molding. Particular emphasis has been placed on the processing, characterization, and mechanical recyclability of anionic PA6 and its composites. Thermal, mechanical, rheological, and spectroscopic characterization techniques, including DSC, DMA, TGA, FTIR, and microscopy, have been employed to evaluate material performance and degradation behavior. Current research is centered on understanding the influence of processing conditions on material structure, properties, and recyclability, with the aim of supporting the development of high-performance and sustainable polymer systems.
