Research area: Processing, properties and applications of nanostructured, porous and dense ceramic and bioceramic materials; composites; and inorganic adsorbents. Author and co-author of 68 peer-reviewed articles, more than half of which are in top international journals. Also presented more than 50 papers at national and international scientific conferences. h-index – 18 (SCOPUS) and citation count – 1060 (excluding self-citations; SCOPUS). Participated in six national and five international projects. Visiting researcher at Riga Technical University during the FP7-REGPOT-2009-1 NANOTECH FTM project. Dr Željko Radovanović has over nineteen years' experience analysing diverse materials using FESEM, EDS, XRD and BET equipment. Member of the Serbian Chemical Society and the Materials Research Society of Serbia.
