Zhou Zhou is a Professor at Changsha University. He is recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists. He received his Ph.D. from Central South University in June 2017. From 2018 to 2024, he conducted postdoctoral research at Hunan University. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, edge computing, parallel and distributed computing, green computing, data centers, and the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). As the first author, he has published 32 papers in SCI-indexed journals and CCF-recommended conferences, including leading journals such as IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Computing, ACM Transactions on Asian and Low-Resource Language Information Processing, Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing, and Future Generation Computer Systems. Among these publications, 10 papers are in IEEE/ACM Transactions journals, with 2 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 2 ESI Hot Papers. In terms of academic service, he was invited to serve as the Guest Editor in the Frontiers in Computer Science journal, Workshop Chair of ICA3PP 2025 (CCF Category C Conference), and as a Session Chair of the 21st IEEE Conference on Ubiquitous Intelligence and Computing (UIC 2024, CCF Category C Conference). He is also an active reviewer for more than 40 international SCI journals, including TC, TPDS, TSC, and so on.
